Flair Studio is a London based, creative and client-focused studio with international experience. We are specialised on high quality interior architecture & design projects within the residential, retail and hospitality fields. We aim to provide bespoke design, project management and end-to-end delivery solutions to clients looking for quality, design and cost effective interior designs.
We assume that every project is a different journey, a process divided into different stages which sometimes requires the ability to simplify complexity, foresee the hidden problems and act as client representative from the early stages to completion.
At Flair Studio, we believe in establishing long lasting relationships with all the people we are involved with, from clients to individuals, professionals, suppliers and contractors. We like multidisciplinary approach and teamwork: we believe in great ideas, wherever they come. Problem solvers by nature, passionate and experienced at the same time, we are here to listen and to tailor our approach to our clients needs.
Flair Studio was founded by Federico Schilling who qualified as an architect in Italy in 2001 and worked extensively in Hamburg and Milan, moving to London in 2014. He is member of the RIBA, ARB chartered and trained for the health and safety.
He has gained an extensive experience in high-end interior design, in particular within the retail field working for brands as Ermenegildo Zegna, Thomas Pink (LVMH) and Roberto Cavalli where he worked on a variety of projects including stores for the main, junior and furniture lines as well as cafes and restaurants, a few private residences and the designs for the Cavalli Square, a boutique Hotel in Dubai.
Curious and passionate about detail and craftsmanship, over the years he has gained a wide experience in the design and end to end delivery of high-end interiors by leading the architectural design process and coordinating stakeholders, internal and external teams while driving execution and reducing costs for projects at any scale.
